7/29/2023 0 Comments Todoist osxMy current approach here is to manually mark the actionable tasks with a label, and to make sure each project has at least one task with this label (and to use the due date as a start date for tasks that may only be actioned after a certain date), but this is a pain in the butt. I tend to do a bit of pre-planning for projects I know I'll lose steam on, which is nice, except that usually, any tasks beyond the first one in a project can't really be actioned. If it could be a prioritized backlog, I could just look at the top of this filter for what I have to do next, and reorder things during my periodic review.Īlso, having Todoist help me figure out which tasks are actionable would be handy. I use a filter to aggregate tasks that can be actioned, but figuring out what I wanna do next is harder than it has to be. Would be neat to be able to reorder tasks in any view or for every view to have a facade where tasks have a rank.
